If you have called and booked a hunt or a cottage  with us and would like to put your deposit on your credit card, please fill out the form below, print it, sign it by hand, and fax it to us at 252-797-7686. (Call before you fax it) 

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit on all our hunts.  By signing this form you acknowledge your deposit will not be refunded to you.

We have a 14 day cancellation policy on our cottages.  Cottage deposit will not be refunded if reservation is not cancelled by the cancellation date.  By signing this form you acknowledge your deposit will not be refunded if you do not call by the cancellation date listed on your confirmation page.
