Gin clear water, bass and bream fishing, boating, swimming, & relaxing are just a few of the things offered on Lake Phelps.
Cottages are 3 BR, 1 BA, central heat and a/c, TV, VCR, Cable TV, washing machine, and dryer. All linens are provided. Full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans. Paper products are not provided. Charcoal grill in each yard.
Cottages are located on Lake Phelps with direct access down a short private driveway. A private pier and boat ramp is available for cottage renters and campers only. Power is available on the pier.
Cottages rent by the night or weekly. Weekly cottage rental is $750.00 for 6 nights and 7 days. Regularly nightly rate is $135.00 per night for up to 6 people. We will allow up to 8 people per house with an additional charge of $25.00/night per person for the 7th and 8th person. Couple rate of $80.00 per night, maximum of 2 nights at couple rate.
Couple rate is not available on Friday or Saturday!
We have a 14 day cancellation policy. Deposits will not be refunded if cancelled less than 14 days of reservation.

Houses are set up to sleep 6 people comfortably. Double beds and bunkbeds in each house.
